Company and licensing
TIC RestoTech is a restoration service brand of Total InCharge Inc., California Class B General Building Contractor, CSLB #1149268. The company is an IICRC-certified firm. Specialized trade, environmental and testing services are performed or coordinated by appropriately licensed or certified professionals as required.
Website information
Website content is general information and may not describe the conditions at a particular property. It is not engineering, environmental, medical, legal, insurance, tax or financial advice. A site evaluation and written agreement may be required before services begin.
No service contract through website use
Submitting a form, calling, emailing or receiving a preliminary response does not create a construction or restoration contract. Services, pricing, scope, scheduling and payment terms are governed only by a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
Emergency response and availability
Rapid local response is subject to crew availability, location and current demand. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority.
Insurance matters
We can provide photographs, estimates and restoration documentation requested during the insurance-claim process. Coverage decisions remain with the property owner’s insurer. We do not guarantee claim approval, coverage, reimbursement, settlement amount or payment timing.

Any website examples, timelines or descriptions are illustrative. Actual conditions, cost, scope, timing and results vary based on the property, hidden damage, testing, materials, permits, utilities, third parties and other factors.
